We have been using Steel City Broadband for about 2 years and have had
nothing but great service and connectivity. We have not experienced any
down time due to Steel City. We are running 2 offices connected through
a VPN and the service has allowed us to be very productive in our
business. Any time I have had a questions, I always get a quick response
and resolution. We recently upgraded to a 1.0mbps connection from our
384mbps and it has helped accommodate our growing demands. I would
recommend Steel City to anyone who is looking for a very reliable ISP
who has the customers best interest in mind.

I have been with Steel City Broadband for about 5 years now. I was
originally using Northpoint Communications before they abandoned me.  Steel City was quick to give me service. I already went through two smooth installations with them as my business has moved to a new
location. I would have to say that I have about a 99.99% uptime with
them. Any problem I did have with service was usually due to someone
else's problem like a major router going down (bringing down the whole East Coast not just me). In any case, they were very quick to respond to my phone calls and kept me in the loop as to what was going on at all times. The few people that I deal with know me by name. I hate when large companies need to ask me about twenty questions to figure out who I am. They have always conducted themselves in a professional but friendly manner. I would highly recommend them to everyone and I would not change my ISP for any other service.

I highly recommend Steel City Broadband for residential users. We have been using them for nearly 6 months and we have had excellent and reliable ping times and speeds. Their speedy customer service has surpassed any other company we have dealt with for DSL (and we have had a few others in the area). They were able to provide us with an excellent rate, great service, and a reliable connection. I was somewhat leery about going with them at first, since several people had told me they were more of a business-oriented company and not residential, but I have to say that they have pleasantly surprised me in all aspects, and I would rank them absolutely excellent.
